About me

I grew up thinking that I needed to follow a traditional path to succeed- earn a business degree and build a corporate career. I started working in New York City and quickly realized I felt disconnected. This realization started me on my journey, moving to the West Coast in search of something that could reconnect me with my true passions. After moving, I started riding again, working in horse training and wrangling, but still something was missing- until I found equine assisted learning. Equine assisted learning combined my passion for horses, my desire for a deeper connection to something bigger and my drive to help others. Throughout my life looking to horses as guides continually led me to the answers I’d been seeking. After navigating my own career changes I became motivated me to help others align with their true passions and authentic selves.

The goal of equine assisted coaching is to help pinpoint what might be blocking us from living a more aligned life. Horses are the guides to improving our awareness and grounding in the present moment.

My Services

1-on-1 Equine Assisted Learning Session
60 minute session in Malibu where client will ground in the present moment with the horses and nature. Guided through hands on exercises with the horses we dive into what is going on inside - observing patterns and emotions. Oftentimes the session might lead to a recommendation for how we can integrate this into daily life. Session is un-mounted.

Group Equine Assisted Learning Session 1-6 participants
90-minute session in Malibu where clients will ground in the present moment with the horses and nature. Guided through hands on exercises with the horses we dive into what is going on inside - observing patterns and emotions. Oftentimes the session might offer up an overarching insight for the group. Session is un-mounted.

1-on-1 Beginner Horsemanship

60-minute sessions where clients will learn grooming, horse communication, behavior, and groundwork. Session is un-mounted.
